Additional “AT RISK” from fluoride Health Situations:
Here is the What, Why, How about proposed ‘hazardous’ fluoridation of Drinking & Tap Waters ? What’s really behind this mysterious word of ‘fluoridation’ the proponent sponsors use? Why do Dentists and 4 ‘proponent’ City Council members purposely not give ‘Full Disclosure’ as to the real disastrous health effects we will experience if it is used?
Fluoridation is theoretically where a water treatment plant adds pharmaceutical or food grade Fluoride (e.g. a compound of fluorine and one or more elements or chemical radicals) to a Cities Water Supply in order, as claimed […yet NOT Scientifically proven affective!] to reduce the incidence of caries in the teeth of Children less than age 6.
However, 90%+ of those few Cities fluoridating are now using EPA Class 1 ‘Hazardous Waste’ derived as ‘hydrofluosilicic acid’ and anhydrous ‘Sodium fluorosilicate’. These two chemical ‘soups’ also contain measurable traces of Cancer causing Arsenic, Cadmium, Lead and other wastes as obtained from the HAPS Scrubbers of the phosphate fertilizer manufacture processes, primarily located in Central Florida. Why are Californians allowing Florida’s ‘Hazardous Waste’ to come into California; and especially, WHY are they putting this into our wholesome Drinking Waters??
Today, there appears to be a “dual purpose” of assisting the Aluminum & Phosphate fertilizer industries in utilizing their by-product from ‘toxic waste’ HAPS streams (e.g. hydrofluorsilicic acid & derivations thereof) by a Theory of “…the Solution to Pollution is Dilution!”; which means the initial toxic wastes are so potent that only dilution to 1 mg. per Liter of Water are ‘erroneously’ approved by the USPHS for it’s use in Drinking & Tap Waters (e.g. a drinking water fluoridation process approved by Fed. & State Depts. of Health). Unfortunately, The State of California passed a ‘heavily lobbied’ Bill AB733 in 1995 that all CA cities with a population with over 10,000+ water hookups will Fluoridate their Drinking Water, if the Costs can be met. Modesto City Council has been faced with presenting the “unfunded Mandate” to the above Cities & Towns. Do You wonder how the above smaller Town’ CHARTERS protect their People from Fluoridation pollution? Where’s our Constitutional FREEDOM OF CHOICE?

As a Better Alternative to the rigid CITY COUNCIL VOTE Process, Suggestions are profoundly expressed that a Letter of Rejection to California State Health Agencies & CA State Governor Davis be well thought-out and mailed/Certified. The Letter would describe several Better IDEAS for young Childrens’ Dental Care and a ‘FINAL ANSWER” of …No! to Fluoridation as Modesto (a Charter City) is allowed to Self Govern under our “municipal affairs doctrine”.
